2023 BOARD OF FINANCE CANDIDATES
Charles Epstein
Mr. Epstein has worked for more than 50 years in emergency medical services as a technician, consultant and educator. He also worked for over 25 years with the State of Connecticut Sheriff’s and Judicial Marshal service. He recently retired as an administrator in the Office of the Director for the Judicial Marshal Service for the State of Connecticut.
He was the owner of an Emergency Medical Transportation Company. He is also a Connecticut State-Certified Emergency Medical Service Instructor and has taught for the Connecticut College and University System.

Emergency Medical Dispatcher trainer for Priority Dispatch of Salt Lake City, where he taught 911 Centers throughout the United States and Canada.
He serves also as an Instructor with the Connecticut Judicial Marshal Training Academy.
He was also a member of the CT1- DMAT Team (National Disaster Medical System).
He understands the importance of supporting our first responders and their mental health and is an instructor for the International Critical Incident Stress foundation. He teaches Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support and Group Crisis Intervention.
Charles is dedicated to serving his community and this dedication would only continue on the Board of Finance.
James Fedeli
Jamie has lived in Cromwell for the last 18 years with his wife Bobbi and their three children - Emmalyn, Owen and Audrey. He is a 2004 graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Accounting and a 2011 graduate of Post University where he received his MBA.
Jamie has spent his entire professional career working in the accounting and finance field, the last 6 years at Raytheon Technologies Corp. (RTX), where he manages a team that supports accounting and finance operations for Collins Aerospace, Pratt and Whitney and other Raytheon businesses. Prior to working at RTX, he spent 13 years in public accounting where he audited many for profit businesses, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions.
Jamie is also very active in some of the area's youth sports programs as a coach and volunteer including the Cromwell Little League, CT Flag football and the Cromwell Recreation youth basketball program. Jamie is eager to share his energy and experience with the community and continue to make Cromwell a beautiful place to live!
